The Details
It’s a Friday night.

While there’s nothing wrong with slipping back into your pyjamas (it’s been an unforgiving week, after all) with a cheesy pizza for one in hand, we suggest you welcome the weekend with an exotic dinner out on the town. Bring along a friend, spouse, or crush with you and you’ve got yourself a winning night out.

Don’t go making reservations at high-price restaurants you’ll know will disappoint, instead, step out of your comfort zone for a unique dining and cultural experience at Queen Sheba Ethiopian Restaurant.

The cuisine is delicious, exotic and quintessentially Ethiopian, combining a miscellany of fragrances, tastes and colours to form a selection of truly unforgettable meat and vegetarian platters. The establishment is vegan-friendly too - all dishes are non-dairy based - ask your waitron about your possible options.

If you happen to frequent the establishment on a Friday or a Saturday night, you’ll be entertained with traditional dancing. Sit back, relax and enjoy the rhythmical, captivating movements of the experienced dancers. Other highlights include a coffee ceremony to mark the end of your dining experience - a truly symbolic ritual that is practised in Ethiopian households. The act shows respect to the drinker and is also an excellent example of genuine Ethiopian hospitality - friendly and accommodating of all diners.
