- Kindly arrive 10 minutes before your confirmed booking time.
- Please note that If you arrive late (after your confirmed booking time) your treatment time will be shortened to accommodate the next clients booking.
- Important to Note: On arrival at Care On Location Spa, kindly press the intercom or call 067 016 2448 when you arrive so we can open the gate for you.
- Bringing your own snacks, food, drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- All areas in the Guesthouse and Spa are non-smoking zones, however smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas outside.
- We cannot assist with any other treatments that are not included in the package unless arranged prior to the appointment.
