- Learn to Surf for 1 Person in a Group Booking (90 Minutes)
Catch the wave of a lifetime with this comprehensive 90-minute group surf lesson! Designed to get you safely up and riding, this lesson provides all the foundational skills and hands-on coaching you need to enjoy the ocean and learn a thrilling new sport.
Your 90-Minute Lesson Breakdown:
- Beach Warm-up (20 min): Stretching, ocean safety, surf basics, and pop-up practice.
- In-Water Session (60 min): Catch waves, improve your skills, and get hands-on coaching.
- Wrap-Up (10 min): Recap your progress and receive tips to keep improving.
Group & Safety Details:
- Group Size: Minimum of 4 and a maximum of 15 students per group (in general).
- Coach Ratio: We maintain a ratio of 1 surf coach for every 5 students to ensure quality instruction and safety.
- Adults & Kids Groups are separate (where applicable).
IMPORTANT INFO YOU NEED TO KNOW
- This deal is valid for use until 31 March 2026.
- Valid for 1 person.
- Block out period: Monday – Friday (Valid for weekends only).
- Kids policy: 10 years + for Public Groups. Must be able to swim. Must be supervised by parents. If parents want to surf with their kids, the parent must join the kids group (adult groups are strictly adults only).
- Cancellation policy: 48 hours before, or the voucher will be forfeited. No show will forfeit the voucher.
- Purchase limits: 5 vouchers per person, 5 vouchers per transaction.
Booking Information:
- Mandatory Booking: Students cannot show up without a prior booking. Indemnity must be provided before the session.
- Scheduling: Lessons are subject to suitable surf and weather conditions, as well as availability in the schedule.
- Rental Surcharge: Wetsuits & Boards are available for rental at R150 (payable directly to the store).
- When booking, please provide the following details: age, contact number, and which Saturday/Sunday and time slot you prefer (subject to availability).
- Wait for confirmation from the Surf School.
