Nature Disclaimer:

This is a natural environment within the Cederberg area, home to wildlife such as insects, spiders and snakes. Guests are advised to bring insect spray and mosquito repellent. Should anything enter your space, the team will gladly assist.

  • Valid for up to 6 people.
  • Child policy: No under 16 years old allowed.
  • Block out period: Public holidays and school holidays excluded.
  • Cancellation policy: 2 weeks notice required.
  • Purchase limits: 2 vouchers per person, 2 vouchers per transaction.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Operating hours: Bookings open from 08h00.

    Additional Cancellation Terms:
  • Cancellations 21 days or less prior to arrival: 50% refunded as a voucher, remainder non-refundable
  • Cancellations more than 22 days prior: 100% refunded as a voucher
  • No refunds for unused booking periods
  • No cash refunds under any circumstances
  • All guests must complete and return an indemnity form before arrival
  • The Cedar Escape is not liable for nature-related disruptions or damages

  • If cancellations are done within 21 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit will be refunded back in the form of a voucher. Rest is non-refundable. No cash refunds.

  • If the full booking period is not utilized, no refunds will be given. No cash refunds
  • No guests will be allowed on the premises unless confirmation/indemnity form has been signed and sent back to the merchant
