- Guests must be comfortable near the water
- Approved life jackets are worn the whole time
- Maximum weight: 110kg per person and 200kg combined per double kayak
- Guests hop in and out of the kayak independently

- Operating hours: 06:00 – 18:00.
- Child policy: From age 8. Ages 8–16 paddle with a parent or guardian. Ages 16–17 need signed parental consent.
- Block out period: Weather permitting.
- Cancellation policy: 48 hours notice required.
- Purchase limits: 2 per customer.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
