- Operating hours: 09:00 – 15:30, Monday to Sunday.
- Child policy: No persons under 16 years old allowed.
- Block out period: Weather permitting.
- Cancellation policy: 48 hours notice required.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time.
- No person is allowed to participate if under the influence of alcohol – voucher will be forfeited.
- Once bookings are confirmed, no refunds.
- Permit fee of R300 per person is excluded and payable on arrival.
- Purchase limits: 6 vouchers per person, 6 per transaction.
