- 15% of total booking taken at any time before the 30-day cancellation period
- 25% of total cost if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival
- 50% of total cost if cancelled 15–29 days prior to arrival
- 100% of total cost if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival
- No refunds for early departures
