  • Please arrive 20-minutes prior to your booking time. 
  • No person is allowed to participate in the experience if they are under the influence of alcohol. Voucher will be forfeited. 
  • Once bookings are confirmed no refunds will be issued. 
  • Kids policy: No kids under 16. 
  • Block out period: weather permitting. 
  • Cancellation policy: 48 hours. 
  • Limited to 6 vouchers per person. 
  • Available for bookings: Monday – Sunday (9 am – 3:30 pm).
