- Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult
- Pony rides offered for children under 7
- Blockout period: 16 December- 03 January
- Cancellation policy: 48 hours
- Limited to 2 vouchers per customer
- Bookings are essential and subject to availability
- Children 7 and above can join the parents on a separate horse/pony
- Available for appointments Monday to Sunday (9 am – 5 pm)
- Please note that the maximum weight limit is 90kg per person
- Duration of experience is 40 minutes
