- Must be sober (no alcohol or drugs).
- Not suitable for pregnant persons.
- Must be mentally stable.
- Minimum age: 10 years. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

- Operating Hours:
- Monday – Sunday: 10am – 4:30pm
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your booking – late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the voucher.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment for a mandatory safety briefing.
- A R120 range fee per person is payable on the day.
- Additional firearms and ammo available on request (at additional cost).
- Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
