- Valid for 1 individual.
- You will be required to sign an indemnity form.
- Child policy: Valid for children over the age of 14. Note that persons under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to sign off on the flight.
- Adult weight restriction: maximum 100kg. If you exceed the weight limit and still make the booking, on the day of your booking, the voucher would be forfeited.
- Child weight restriction: minimum 15kg.
- Be aware that flights are weather-dependent; we will reschedule in case we are not able to fly on the day.
- Check in with us on the day for a weather update before leaving your home.
- Booking is essential and subject to availability.
- Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your booking. Late arrivals will impact the next scheduled booking and your coupon will be forfeited (you will not be entitled to a refund).
- Health/Medical Restrictions: If you have any medical restrictions, please ensure your GP has given you clearance.
