- Valid for booking: Tuesday to Friday (09:15am to 5pm); Weekends strictly subject to availability
- Block-out period: Weekends. Mondays, Special days, and Public holidays
- Bookings for the bonus voucher must be made in advance when making the voucher booking.
- Bonus vouchers must be used on the day of the treatment and cannot be carried over. All confirmations are done by email and not WhatsApp. WhatsApp is for inquiries only
- Physical vouchers are not made out to clients for the bonus voucher
- Limited to 1 deal per customer
- No group bookings using vouchers are allowed
- Please note: No cancellations via email will be permitted
- No rescheduling is allowed within the 48 hour period or within part of that time that the booking was made.
- No shows forfeit.
- Any reasonable reason for cancellation can be substantiated by evidence.
