Led by Sensei Paul Clark (Black Belt Third Dan) this self-defense training class is will teach you how to defend yourself and how to navigate dangerous situations. This class makes use of jujitsu. Unlike other martial arts, which emphasize strikes and/or kicks, jujitsu emphasizes close-contact “grappling” holds and techniques, as well as the use of chokes and joint manipulation.
This is perfect for anyone looking to learn the art of jujitsu and can be done by anyone over the age of 12.
