• Arrive with no traces of makeup for lash and brow services.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount

• Appointment Policy: Clients with more than 3 canceled or missed (“No-Show”) appointments will have their account blocked and will no longer be eligible for services.
