- Block-out period: Monday – Friday. Valid for use on Saturdays and Sundays only.
- Kids policy: Kids under 10 years old need adult supervision (adult voucher purchase required).
- Cancellation policy: 24 hours’ notice.
- Purchase limits: 4 vouchers per person, max 4 vouchers per visit/transaction.
- Please wear appropriate closed-toe shoes and follow all instructions from the animal handlers.
