ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • A refundable breakage/damage deposit of R1000 is required and must be paid within 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 3 days of departure, subject to inspection.

  • An additional R200 admin fee is payable directly to the merchant.

  • Bookings can only be confirmed once the availability of the apartment has been checked and approved by the owner.

  • Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

HOUSE RULES & GUEST NOTES

  • No smoking is permitted inside any of the units. If smoking occurs, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited.

  • Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays unless arranged at an extra cost.

  • The resort is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by external factors beyond their control, including malfunctioning appliances.

  • For stays longer than 2 days, guests must bring:

  • Towels (bath & swim)
  • Cleaning products and extra toilet paper
  • Wi-Fi available

SEAGULL 513 BEACH RESORT

The unit can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains 1 comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite with a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a breakfast bar with
stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains an additional single bed, seating, and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. The living area opens to a private balcony and a stunning view with outdoor dining furniture.

The Seagull Holiday Flats complex offers a large communal infinity pool, braai facilities, and secure parking. There is a children’s playroom with a giant chess set.
