A refundable breakage/damage deposit of R1000 is required and must be paid within 14 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 3 days of departure, subject to inspection.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the availability of the apartment has been checked and approved by the owner.

Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
HOUSE RULES & GUEST NOTES

No smoking is permitted inside any of the units. If smoking occurs, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited.

Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays unless arranged at an extra cost.

The resort is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by external factors beyond their control, including malfunctioning appliances.

For stays longer than 2 days, guests must bring:
- Towels (bath & swim)
- Cleaning products and extra toilet paper
- Wi-Fi available
