• Minimum age: 14+
• Closed shoes required
• All children under 18 need a guardian to sign for them

• Operating hours: Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00.
• Bookings are essential and subject to availability – call or WhatsApp to check.
• Cancellation Policy: 48 Hours (If cancelled due to weather conditions, bookings will be moved to a different date.)
• Block out period: Weather dependent – flights only operate when conditions allow for safe launch and landing.
• Purchase limits: 2 per customer.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
