  • A breakage/damage deposit of R1000 is required and must be paid within 7 days of arrival. Deposit is paid back within 3 days of departure once everything is checked
  • A housekeeper can be arranged for R200 per day - discuss directly with merchant
  • Booking can only be confirmed with the owner once the availability of the unit has been confirmed
  • Bookings are on a first come, first served basis
  • Present printed deal to redeem

  • Merchant Cancellation policy: 2 weeks. No shows forfeit the deal. No refunds
  • Daddy’s Deals refund policy: Refund requests must be submitted, in writing, up to 10 working days from date of purchase (unless stated otherwise where deals are non-refundable). Thereafter refunds will not be processed or issued
