- Operating hours: Tuesday to Sunday (9am to 5.30pm).
- Block out period: Mondays, Special days, and Public holidays.
- Kids policy: No under 13 years old allowed.
- Cancellation policy: 48 hours notice required.
- Number of vouchers per person: 1.
- Number of vouchers per transaction: 1.
- Physical vouchers are not made out to client.
- No group bookings are allowed with vouchers.
- All bookings are subject to availability. Weekends are strictly subject to availability.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: - No cancellations via email will be permitted.
- Any reasonable reason for cancellation must be substantiated by evidence.
- No rescheduling is allowed within the 48 hour period or within part of that time that the booking was made.
- No shows forfeit the voucher.
