- Block-out period: Saturdays are very limited—do not wait to book. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
- Kids policy: No kids under the age of 16 years allowed.
- Cancellation policy: 48 hour cancellation policy. No shows forfeit the voucher.
- Purchase limits: 1 voucher per customer, 1 voucher per transaction.
- Late Arrival Policy: If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the client forfeits the entire deal. No refunds will be given for no shows or late arrivals.
- Operating hours: Tuesdays to Fridays (9am – 4pm) and Saturdays (7am – 2pm)
- Bookings are essential and subject to availability
