- Child policy: Age 0–3 stay for free. Age 4–11 pay 50% of adult sharing rate. Age 12+ pay full adult rates in separate rooms.
- Block out period: Public Holidays, Long Weekends, and 15 December 2026 – 15 January 2027.
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellation more than 31 days prior to arrival. 100% cancellation fee within 30 days, no shows, and early departures.
- Purchase limits: 4 per customer.
