- A R500 refundable deposit is required before arrival. An admin fee of R50 will be charged on cash payments only. Deposits are returned 2–5 days after departure.
- Minimum 2-night stay required over weekends.
- Kids policy: 0–1 years stay free. Children 1 and above – contact the merchant.
- Block out period: Long weekends, Public Holidays, and School holiday
- Cancellation policy: 2 weeks notice required.
- Purchase limits: 4 vouchers per person, 4 per transaction.
