A beautiful morning out as a couple. Lovely massage and good lunch. Couple of things I’d suggest as constructive criticism:
1) taking some kind of history or details from clients (I’ve never not had this done at a spa) – I have a chronic pain condition and would have liked my masseuse to be aware before I was in the room and had to keep asking her to press more lightly.
2) some more space/a changing room for after the jacuzzi would have been nice. It’s really cramped for 2 people to get dressed especially with the floor being wet after using the jacuzzi.
3) please please offer clients a glass of water after a massage!!
