Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance, and Wines of Paarl will do its best to accommodate your preferred new date. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the business reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. If the business cancels, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
