One of her areas of expertise is sexual abuse and sexual trauma, and she believes that childhood trauma deeply affects our adulthood experience. With a qualification in Ethnopsychology and Hypnotherapy, she has helped many people throughout her career. 

About your sessions

During your first session, you will have the opportunity to explore the possibility of working together and ultimately get acquainted with one another. You will be able to assess what kind of counselling you need, as well as explore your current goals, anxieties and expectations about the process. In your second session, you will begin working on the goals and expectations established in your first session.
