• Child Policy: No children under 13 years old

• All flights are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled at any time.
• African Skyline Charter cannot be held liable for any unforeseen delays or technical difficulties.
• Flights cancelled due to any technical delays, difficulties, or maintenance will be rescheduled.
• Refunds requested at the behest of the client carry a 70 per cent cancellation penalty on the total purchase amount provided the refund request is made a minimum of 72 hours before the flight.
• Flights cancelled by the client less than 72 hours prior to flight carry a 100% penalty.
• Any flights which are not cancelled by a client prior to 24 hours before the flight will be forfeited by the client and African Skyline Charter Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the voucher with no refund.
• No-shows forfeit the voucher.
• All additional items purchased including frame and photograph take approximately 14 days to
  process.
• All memorabilia must be collected by the client from African Skyline Charter by prior arrangement.
• Reservations are made on a first come first served basis.

4. You are entitled to cancel your booking with this service provider up to 72 hours before your confirmed date. Any flights that cannot be completed as scheduled will be rescheduled and not refunded. African Skyline Charter offers one reschedule with no penalty provided it is done 7 calendar days prior to the confirmed reservation. Should the flight be rescheduled less than seven calendar days prior to the reservation the client will be charged a R700 additional re-booking fee should the client wish to rebook the flight. The penalties do not apply to flights rescheduled by African Skyline Charter. Thereafter, no refund will be issued. No-shows forfeit the offer.
