  • 48 hours. Any flights that cannot be completed as scheduled will be rescheduled and not refunded. African Skyline offers one reschedule with no penalty provided it is done 7 calendar days prior to the confirmed reservation.  Should the flight be rescheduled less than seven calendar days prior to the reservation the client will be charged a R700 additional re-booking fee should the client wish to rebook the flight. The penalties do not apply to flights rescheduled by African Skyline. Pty Ltd. No-shows forfeit voucher. No refunds.
  • Daddy’s Deals refund policy: Refund requests must be submitted, in writing, up to 30 days from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise where deals are non-refundable). Thereafter refunds will not be processed or issued.
