- Valid for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children under 12 years).
- Bonamanzi Game Reserve Conservation levies will increase on August 1, 2024 from R175 to R 195 per vehicle per day (up to 5 days) and are not included in the accommodation rates. This levy is essential in the fight against chromalena, poaching, and to support the road and water infrastructure, in addition to many other activities that preserve the wildlife heritage of this park for future generations.

- Cancellation policy:
- More than 91 days prior to arrival – 100 % refund
- 61-90 days prior to arrival – 70% refund
- 31-60 days prior to arrival – 50% refund
- 15-30 days prior to arrival – 25% refund
- 14 days prior to arrival – no refund
- Deposit policy: 100% at the time of booking
- Limited to 5 vouchers per customer.
- Available for bookings: Monday – Friday (8 am – 5 pm).
- All guests are required to provide a positive ID when checking into any accommodation establishment, and a copy of the ID document needs to be taken by the hotel. According to Section 40(1) of the Immigration Act, both parties (establishment and guest) can now be penalised for non-compliance.

The Bonamanzi Game Reserve in Kwa-Zulu Natal is a privately owned game reserve that stretches 4000 hectares, bordering the Hluhluwe River. Due to an expanse of natural beauty found within its rich biodiversity of Sand Forests, Savanna and wetlands, it was deemed a natural heritage site in 1995.
