  • In-studio operating times: Tuesdays - Fridays, 10 AM - 16:00 PM
  • Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are open for pre-booked shoots
  • Closed on Mondays
  • Props and pets are allowed
  • The shoot will be rescheduled in the event of a power failure.

  • Please allow 14 working days from the date of your shoot to collect your images, should you order extra images, your order will be ready within 14 working days from your date of full payment.

  • Max Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage to property or persons while in studio 
  • The deal may be used for families, couples, individuals, kids, and babies. 
  • Limited to 1 deal per customer and strictly 1 deal per session
  • Unlimited deals as gifts, however, at a limit of 1 per gift recipient
  • Booking is essential and subject to availability. 
  • Deal to be presented upon making your booking.
  • Extra images can be bought at an extra cost, please contact the merchant for those costs.
  • Max Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage to property or persons while on location or in-studio.
  • Duration: 60 minutes.
  • Please allow for 14 working days from the date of your shoot to collect your images.
  • Merchant Cancellation policy: 48 hours. No shows after 15 minutes without notice forfeit voucher. No refunds
  • Daddy’s Deals refund policy: Refund requests must be submitted, in writing, up to 10 working days from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise where deals are non-refundable). Thereafter refunds will not be processed or issued.
