I booked the Couple’s Treat Package for my sister and I. The massages were absolutely divine. Unfortunately my sister had to attend an event on the same day as our spa appointment and we could not use the facilities at the spa. The ladies at La Vita boxed our meals as takeaways and then the cherry: Noluthando asked why we are not making use of the facilities. When I told her that my sister has another engagement, she said she would make a note on the system, so if we are in the area, we can use the facilities to make up for the time we lost. It was totally unexpected and, in my view, excellent customer care! Thank you ladies, keep up the good work.
