To think that I saw some bad review and ignored it. The service sucks.
We did not enjoy the experience at all. It is more a photoshoot than the adventure really. They were late for the time slot we booked, we got in (4 couples) the guy just took so many photos per couple it took all the time, and then we did two small runs and nothing thrilling nothinf adventurous.
A complete disappointment, i was so sad cos we fly all the way to have a great time but nothing.
We asked for another slot where there will be a thrill he refused for our “safety” but whats the point of thrill seeking and signing the idemnity forms. We know the risks.
He asked for refund, he went and locked himself in the car after a lengthy debate and he says he is charging his phone. We have not seen the refund even today.
My advice. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. No professionalism at all. No customer service. Poor poor poor.
