This is the route
Starting Point:
- 7189 Vilakazi Street, Orlando West, Soweto (Parking will be available)
- The tour will start in the only street in the world with two Nobel prize winners.
- Then the group will cycle to Walter Sisulus house and learn about his life with his wife, Albertina Sisulu.
- Cycle to the Hector Pietersen museum, where you will get the history of the Soweto Uprising
- Visit Nelson Mandelas house and Desmond Tutus house in Vilakazi street and pass places like the Soweto TV station, the Hector Pietersen corner and many other interesting points.
- From Mandela and Desmon Tutu’s House cycle to Orlando East, stopping at the Orlando Stadium.
- After the stop cycle further into Orlando East.
