    My appointment was 5pm,arrived there by 04:45 waited for an hour started my treatment by 06:15 they finished me by 7pm that wasnt even 75minutes massage the ladies where rushing to finish,i didnt expect such treatment what a disappointment of a wonderful saturday

    This voucher was not redeemed! We did not have the treatment.

    I had the worst possible experience at this place. Booked for 4pm today, my wife and I were still waiting at 4.45pm, without any explanation as to why we were not being seen to.
    The premises was filthy, the staff unfriendly and really just a no care in the world attitude. Terrible customer service!!!

    It felt like a nightmare, not what a relaxing spa should feel like. This is not a spa, it’s a dump. Who owns this dump, they should not be in business!!

    We left without receiving any treatment, I was utterly disgusted, and frankly embarrassed for taking my wife to this dump.

    Please refund my money, and if you know any better, remove this horrible “spa” from your offering.
