What should I do to get my ticket?
Your Daddy’s Deals redemption code is NOT your official Rugby World Cup Sevens 2022 ticket. Please follow the steps below to secure your ticket:
- Before you purchase your ticket on Daddy’s Deals, make sure you have a Ticketmaster account.
- Once you have made your ticket purchase, email rugby@daddysdeals.co.za with the following information: First name, Last name, Email address (the email address used in your Ticketmaster account) & Redemption code provided upon purchase from Daddy’s Deals.
- Your official ticket for the Rugby World Cup Sevens 2022 will be transferred to your Ticketmaster account.
Your ticket will be transferred within 24 – 48 hours. But remember, the deadline for claiming the ticket is Wednesday, 7th September 2022 at 12pm – so be sure to be ahead of the advantage line!
