• Platters, drinks, and flowers must be ordered via WhatsApp 24 hours before booking.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the ride—late arrivals will forfeit their ride.

• Wear comfortable riding clothes and pants.
• Weight restriction: 100kg.
• No phones or keys are allowed during the ride.
• No trotting or cantering allowed—violators will be removed from the horse for safety.
• Ride times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Advanced rides available, allowing galloping, cantering, and a 2-hour ride.
• You are welcome to bring your own picnic, braai, and coolers. We provide tables, chairs, and braai stands.
• Venue closes at 6pm.
• Other activities nearby include Rietvlei Nature Reserve and Bus Stop 7 Open Air Market.
• Cancellation policy: 24 hours. 
• Kids policy: adult discretion. 
• Limited to 6 deals per customer, 6 per transaction.
