• A 2-night stay in a self-catering apartment for up to 5 people
• A breakage/damage deposit of R1000 is required and must be paid within 7 days of arrival. The deposit is paid back within 3 days of departure once everything is checked
• An additional R200 admin fee paid directly to the merchant.
• Bookings can only be confirmed with the owner once the availability of the Apartment has been confirmed.
• Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should it be found that smoking had taken place in the unit, the breakage deposit will be forfeited.
• Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays. If required, they will be at an additional cost.
• The business cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order, the business cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
• For bookings lasting longer than 2 days, don’t forget to bring the following:
Towels for swimming and bathing.
Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
