  • Dolphin and Whale Watching: On South Africa’s southern coast, Zimbali offers some of the best land-based whale and dolphin watching. Whales and dolphins like the warmer oceans from May through December.
  • Holla MTB Trails: Get up early or go bicycling late in the day among the Ballito farms on the designated mountain bike routes. Nearly 300km of marked trails can be found at Holla MTB Trails, which is constantly being upgraded. Make it a family outing—there are trails for both inexperienced and seasoned mountain bikers!
  • Crocodile Farm Ballito: Crocodile Creek, which is home to nearly 7000 Nile crocodiles, alligators, snakes, and other reptiles, is situated along the Tongaat river in a subtropical jungle.
