You will follow the VineBikes guide as you set out from Lanzerac E-Bike Trail Centre via various historical structures and along the Eerste River. The tour will take you on a beautiful path into Stellenbosch town and all the way to Rustenberg Wines at Simonsberg’s base. Then you will ride your bicycles from Rustenberg to Stark Conde in the mountainous and natural Jonkershoek valley.
E-bikes allow you to travel further and with less effort than a regular bicycle, allowing you to take in much more scenery than you ever could in a car. You spend 30 to 45 minutes at each winery, giving you time to sample several wines, food, and coffee.
About the E-Bikes:
Electric Bicycles or an e-bike handles like a normal bicycle but they assist you when you pedal. They are fitted with a motor and a battery. The moment you start to pedal then the motor kicks in and assists you on your journey! This makes cycling more fun with less effort!
Your Guide will assist you in understanding your e-bike as well as adjusting the seat post and handing out helmets.
