SHANLYNNE SOUTHGATE –
The worst experience ever, first of all there was no Prawns. Had to take something else or told to come back the next day, allowed us to take 1 x calamari and 1 x ribs with our wings. Chips was ice cold. Got told we couldn’t have 1 cocktail as it was happy hour and cannot have a special when using a voucher, but it did not state that on the voucher. Poor service, not very friendly to customers. And the Sophie Rose we wanted was out of stock. Will never return to Bougainvillea Grill ever again. What a waste of time and money and petrol.
