  • The Booking office is situated at Shop 5, Quay 5, V&A Waterfront (next door to Sevruga)

  • Kid Policy: Esperance is not toddler-friendly 0-4 years of age. It is advised to rather book Serenity One for toddlers.

  • Cruises are subject to safe weather conditions
  • The boat used is weather and demand dependent and at the merchant's discretion
  • Limited to 20 deals per customer 
  • Booking is essential and subject to availability

  • Merchant Cancellation policy: 24 Hours. To receive a full refund, clients may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local time zone. No refunds will be given after this time period. Please email the cancellation request to info@waterfrontcharters.co.za.
