• Please note: all tours start promptly at the allocated time. Cape Canopy Tour is unable to wait or hold up tours or transfers for guests that arrive late. It’s your responsibility to ensure that you arrive on time, no refunds will be given for a missed tour.
• There is a small coffee shop at reception where to purchase drinks and snacks
• The tour includes a 1km hike after the ziplining and a bumpy 4X4 trip to the top of the mountain and back. A moderate level of fitness is required. If you have a medical condition contact your doctor beforehand to ensure this is a suitable activity for you.
• There is a strict no-drinking policy. Cape Canopy Tour reserves the right to prevent guests from taking part in the tour if suspected of alcohol consumption.
• Duration: approximately 4 hours
• Regret no kids under the age of 5. Kids need to fit safely into the child’s harness. Smaller/younger children are taken in tandem with one of the guides. They may not go tandem with their parents. No babies are allowed on the tour.
• No pregnant women due to the bumpy 4X4 ride.
• You should be able to fit comfortably into a full-body safety harness and for this, the weight restriction is 120kg
• Limited to 7 deals per customer
