• A minimum of 2 nights stay required for weekends
• Please notify Golden Dawn Chalet ahead of time if you’re going to be arriving after 5pm
• For family rooms or larger apartments, kindly contact the merchant directly
• A R500 deposit will be required to be paid before arrival. An admin fee of R50 will be charged on cash payments only. Deposits will be returned to guests 2 – 5 days after departure
• Kids policy: 0-1 years stays free : 1 and above Contact merchant
• Block out period: Long weekends, Public Holidays and Easter weekend.
• Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks
• Operating hours: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
