AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

Aromatherapy uses essential oils to enhance the therapeutic benefits of a massage. The oils are added to massage oil or lotion and applied to the skin during the massage. The aromas of the oils have calming and relaxing effects. The oils themselves can soothe and hydrate the skin.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

During the treatment, pressure is applied to specific points on the feet, as they are believed to correspond with different parts of the body. Reflexologists believe that this assists with pain relief and improves overall health. Reflexology is based on the idea that the feet are a map of the body, and applying pressure to certain areas can have a therapeutic effect on corresponding parts of the body.
