- Stays during high season carry an additional surcharge of R290 per night directly payable to the merchant.
- All bookings are subject to availability.

- Villa could set-up for an extra person and put an extra bed with a surcharge of R940 per person (Adult) and R470 per person per day (Child) just including breakfast only.
- 5th person benefits surcharge at R1175 per person.
- Rooms applicable: 1-bedroom pool villa.
- Child policy: 0-2 years old is considered an infant and it could provide a baby cot with a surcharge of R177 per day or he/she could sleep with a parent or existing bed.
- 3-11 years old is considered a child and it could use an extra bed or sleep with parents free of charge. It is only charged for breakfast an additional R95 per day/child and if you use an extra bed, a surcharge of R470 per night is applicable.
- Over 12 years old is considered an adult and must use an extra bed with a surcharge of R940.
- Cancellation policy: 2 weeks
- Extension night: R2200 per night for 1-bedroom Pool Villa and R4100 per night for 2-bedroom Pool Villa.
