• Block out period: 9 December 2024 – 20 January 2025, public holidays, long weekends and school holidays.
• Minimum of 2 nights stay over weekends. 
• Cancellation policy: 50% of the total fee will be forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 75% of the total fee will be forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 20 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total fee will be forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to the arrival date or in the case of a no-show.
